Lee is responsible for overall management of the firm that
provides architectural, master planning, interior design and
construction management services. His responsibilities
include lead marketer for business development, project
architect and designer on many major projects. His award
winning design, Precision Medical Products, is an incredible
state of the art building that was an original concept of
his that he carried through to completion. He has over forty
years of experience and is licensed in seven states.

Larry is responsible as the lead coordinator for project
management and production, with over twenty-five years of
experience in the field. He works as an architectural
designer, project manager, and coordinates efforts with
clients, contractors and consultants. His major clients
include Caron Foundation, Boscov’s and Saint Joseph’s
Medical Center

Scott works as a lead project manager, as well as a designer
and has over thirty years of experience. His work experience
as a project manager includes a list of complicated and
challenging projects such as GoggleWorks, Sovereign Bank,
and Reading Public Museum.

Jim has over thirty-four years of experience and is
responsible for designing and detailing all architectural
aspects of projects from small residential additions to
large research facilities. Jim also has extensive knowledge
of federal, state and local codes. He is licensed in eight
states and has worked extensively on GoggleWorks, Precision
Medical Products, the Reading Museum, and Sovereign Bank.
Jim received his Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State
University.

Richard
B. Keffer, RA
Senior Project Architect / Project Manager

Rich is responsible for marketing, developing designs,
preparing construction documents, administering contracts
and client follow up. He has over 30 years of experience
designing a broad range of building types and sizes from
tenant spaces to large apartment complexes. Rich has
extensive knowledge of the design build process as well as
federal, state, and local codes. Rich is registered in the
state of Pennsylvania.
